...“Flutist Ana manages to reach the musical tone which is compatible to Aleksandra’s soprano and she performs Dvorak with great excitement.  She is a concert orientation singer and her scene act reminds me of Aleksandra Ivanovic performance, which she tended at the local scene. It's hard to talk about traditional cooperation, this is a conversation of three refined voices / instruments, who take Dvorak’s music with appetite.”...

My big, 80th birthday was by far the most perfectly – and artistically the most successfully celebrated with the Trio “Anima”… they have (temporarily) given away and dedicated their own “artistic soul” to my creative work, that they preformed my work with love and such artistic zest that a composer could only wish for… Aleksandra Ristic, a soprano – has a beautiful vocal timbre, soft and voluminous, and when required, even powerful and prevailing. Her appreciation of my songs is at its fullest in her performance, guided by intuition she is able to, in a perfect manner, “get into character” and evoke the impressions. Her abilities are out of this world… Ana Velickovic-Igic, together with her flute, is a perfect match for the performance of any composition. Timbre of her instrument or the nature of her musical phrase, she is not only a performer, she is the music arranger and the creator all in one…. All in all, when one says “music for the soul” then one thinks of Trio “Anima”

- “In the concert hall “Artget” , Aleksandra Ristic-soprano , sang  a songs by composer K.Babic. She is a singer with an extraordinary voice capabilities. Some of the songs were written  for mezzosoprano and some of them for soprano, so  her interpretation is characterized by the power and quality of tone. This singer, in every register of sound, sounds great. Her voice is highly rated, so and her acting abilities and the power of transformation from one atmosphere to another. Flutist Ana Velickovic-Igic made a colorful picture of songs arrangements.  Arrangements emphasize the beauty of the flute sound and Ana Velickovic-Igic subtly peeks into Babic's poetic world of music and emphasizes the character of his songs.” (Music critic Ana M. Zecevic,  Narodne novine – newspaper   Feb. 20th 2007)

- "...Dvorak’s song cycles “Moravian Duets” and “Gipsy Melodies” were originally written for piano  and voice. Members of the Trio “Anima” from Nis have adapted it for voice, flute and piano. The arrangements were skilfully put together and flute (conditionally) stands for an additional voice – a soprano..."

- “The arrangement that trio “Anima” borought to life at the concert for Babic’s jubilee deserve praising. In the previously mentioned arrangement one can clearly detect a propper understanding of orchestration, confluence of voices – vocals and instruments, as well as many tastes in the very process of arrangement.”
